Description

Megaprojects are transformative for economies and can impact millions of people. Although some of the basic principles of project management may still apply, megaprojects involve different managerial challenges that are related to their scale, significance and complexity. The aim of this module is to provide students with a more encompassing view and understanding of the real challenges and causes of risks in managing major projects that is necessary to effectively drive change in manufacturing organisations.
